What would you do if a scantily clad man with a parrot on his shoulder, told you not to steal? #1) Would you listen? #2) Laugh out loud while screaming and running in the opposite direction? Apparently the makers of "G.I. JOE" think we all should hear him out... But I would probably pick option #2.
